		<description>Zing from HCBL in Florida,it&#039;s a supplement with gingko,gotu cola,bee pollen and ginseng.It&#039;s really good when you are groggy or down.
Plus a regular vitamin like one a day,not a mega dose or stress dose except b-6 is good for nerves up to 50 mgs.</description>

I used vitamin B complex - co enzyme A - L-Tyrosine - vitamin C - in addition to my multi-vitamins and minerals.

Check your resources of Health Stores (GNC is ok) 
Look up Adrenal Disorders in the book---
Prescription for Nutritional Healing.
There are a lot of recommendations there.
