hi, im a 25 year old female and i am recovering from alcoholism and prescription drug abuse issues following a long term relationship break up. so far im doing very well. i havent touched any substances in quite a while and i dont have any desire to. psychologically im doing great.
i got my bloods done recently .. all my vital organ functions are normal. however i still look like rubbish. despite the gallons of water i drink a day my face still looks very tired with prominent bags under my eyes. my hair is dry. i look stressed.
is there any vitamins i should be taking, foods i should be eating, beauty treatments, good habits i should be getting into??

My future is at stake here. I am a college junior majoring in biochemistry with a 4.0 GPA… this semester I got in deep with drugs and alcohol and now my grades are beginning to suffer… drugs and alcohol have taken over my life. I so addicted. I am losing friends left and right and my professors are wondering what the hell is happening to me.
