i personaly think she died of a broken heart, she loved her son so much that the pain was so hardon her heart .. along with the prescription drugs administered to her. sleeping pills, anti-depreseent pills, methdone to control her cravings of her past drug addiction, and last but not least TRIM SPA (with a warning of heart damages) and alcohol, (few drinks she would have)to take the drugs and mix with a a mothers loss of her child , severe broken heart ,, is a fact you can die …. i belive this happned here. This happens people, death of someone so close to another human being, one has to pick a road to take, one is life and go on with all you got and keep being surrounded by happy people and happy enviorment and energy for life of the one who passed on.. I’ve been suffering most of my life with mental illnesses including OCD, BDD, Bi-Polar disorder, severe depression, severe anxiety, and serious drug addiction and alcoholism. I was adopted as an infant so I don’t know my family’s mental health history. I’m 35 and my symptoms started showing as young as 8 when I started becoming very withdrawn and showing signs of OCD (counting and rearranging things compulsively). My life is terrible. I turned to alcohol and drugs in my teens and have been fighting addiction for years now and I’m currently on methadone which has stopped me from abusing opiates but I’m still heavily drinking. I’m on Medicaid. I’m wondering if there are any like brain scans that can show what is wrong with my brain and can be compared to someone that doesn’t have any mental illnesses. It would be very helpful and it could also help me show that I should be on disability (I have many doctors though that have agreed that I can’t work). How do these tests work? Is it like a cat scan? Are they painful? And I’m sure they are very expensive, do you think medicaid would cover something like that? I really appreciate ANY help!
Deciding to kick an alcohol addiction is difficult to do. However, for many who have decided to make such a positive, yet drastic change in their lives there are possibly still more difficult times ahead. Though, not everyone who kicks alcohol habit will experience alcohol withdrawal. Those who are most prone to experiencing alcohol withdrawal symptoms are individuals, who have been drinking for a long time. Frequent drinkers or heavy drinkers are mostly prone. When these people stop drinking suddenly their bodies react in a number of ways, which are characterized as alcohol withdrawal.
Alcohol withdrawal symptoms range from mild to severe and can be psychological and physical. Yet the levels of severity depend on the individual. Some of the most common mild to moderate psychological symptoms include, but are not limited to, anxiety, rapid emotional changes, fatigue, depression, shakiness, and nervousness. Severe psychological symptoms are delirium tremens, which are hallucinations and serious bouts of confusion, and agitation. Physical alcohol withdrawal symptoms can include severe headaches, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, palpitations, dilated pupils, and abnormal or involuntary movements. More severe physical symptoms include fevers, convulsions, and tremors.
Someone tied to a case of alcohol abuse or alcoholism can expect to withdraw from alcoholic habits with few side effects. But for an alcoholic, whose body is physically addicted to alcohol, withdrawal from alcohol is prone to many side effects.
Alcoholics, while trying to detoxify, suffer more from its side effects, since their body has developed reliance on alcohol. Thus suffering due to rigorous withdrawal symptoms is inevitable. The degree, specifics and duration of such detoxification symptoms might vary from one patient to another. Here are more facts:
Brown rice has more fiber so you are not getting your carbs so easily when eating it. And if you are cleaning up your diet you are probably dropping a lot of sugar out of it in other foods. I’d say you are suffering from the withdrawl symptoms of not having as much sugar in your diet as when you eat normally.
Just reducing the amount of sugar you take in can cause withdrawl effects. Try not eating sugar or things with sugar in them for a few days and you will definately go through withdrawl symptoms. Low carb dieters and those starving or fasting initially feel this effect then they loose their desire for sugary foods so long as they don’t have any after giving it up. Once they taste it again a great hunger comes over them to get more. We are addicted to sugar. The addiction is worse than that of cocaine, cigarettes, or alcohol because we must put some food in our mouths in order to live. The other addictions don’t require further use so there’s less likelyhood of going back on those drugs if you keep far away from them.
