I have anxiety too... I dont think you have drank enough to go through serious withdrawals... but if you carried on for another year or so you probably would. (You may have difficulty sleeping and some anxiety in the next few days - within a week you should be on the home stretch). I have psychotic paranoia after a heavy night drinking :( is that what you mean that tells you to stop drinking? I know the feeling.
