Im thinking wouldnt it just be smarter to make any drug legal for people over the age of 21? I know kids shouldnt be able to use stuff like cocaine and heroin because they dont have the mental ability to judge consequences from drugs or the willpower to stay off them.
But do people understand that the reason people say drugs are so “bad” is because they make your ass go broke so fast? I mean if people maybe didnt go broke from doing hard drugs, wouldnt that probably lead to re-habilitation faster? Instead people have too sit in an abandonded house with a needle in their arm with nothing, why would anyone even WANT to rehabilitate if they have no material possesions.
In reality it costs like $1 to make a pound of heroin or cocaine which would be enough to supply an addict for say… a year? And can people use their freaking heads? The reason their is so much CRIME is because drug addicts STEAL to support their addictive habbit. THIS WOULDNT HAPPEN IF DRUGS WERE DIRT-CHEAP!!!

he through Scientific nohow rightly said alcohol is alot
worse for you than cannabis more addictive and such alot of people seem to think so called legal drugs are better than illegal drugs such as HEROIN CRACK COCAINE SPEED and SO ON i have used every drug was a heroin and crack addict for 15 years i am clean at this moment have been for 7 mths but i also became addicted to alcohol and i will tell you this it was far far worse of an addiction than heroin or crack took longer to give in to took me to hell and back and to the brink of death you can not die from opiate withdrawal but you can from alcohol where is the Sense in this what do you think? do the government care as long as the tax is there if this is the case take the power from drug dealers and make drugs legal tax them and then the money can go into Research also it would keep all the crap out of drugs that by the way is mostly the reason people die from drugs it is the crap they are cut with not the drugs as i said .
sorry they got rid of him cos he said cannibis is not as bad as alcohol and they should ease up on people who smoke or posses it and concentrate on alcohol…

My brother has drug addictions. The main one I know of is OxyContin and I suspect heroin is also an issue.
He went to the Holistic Drug Rehab (same one that “Intervention” uses) and was “fine” when he came home, it hasnt been 3 months and here is is again back at it. His wife has kicked him out and he is “homeless” aside from staying at users/dealers places. He has nothing anymore. He is 23 years old.
What I dont get is how a person can go through 120 days sober and all of the sudden be back into the drugs. How much will he lose before he quits? God only knows.
I am just scared he will die. I love him so much.
What can I do to help him?
To my dismay, I see question after question about using or buying dangerous and often illegal drugs and answers advising people to go ahead and do so. The way I interpret the guidelines it is a violation to give harmful or illegal advice, especially to minors. Experience with the horrors of drug abuse and addiction in my own family and my experience working as a volunteer in a drug and alcohol recovery center for young men for two years just appall me to see such things here. All the injured and waste lives, and all the deaths . . .
Actually, I don’t think the term Alernative Medicine actually encompasses illegal and dangerous drug use in the first place.
