I ate ADDERALL ONE MORNING AFTER one night after doing some "street cocaine" and maybe alcohol(but I can't recall if I was drinking or not), boy that was a mistake... I am lucky I did not have a DEATH BLOW interaction... I lucked out for sure... I was sweating like crazy. Most of the people who I knew who use to eat ADDERALL, use to eat it when they had to go for a LONG DRIVE and they wanted to stay awake or if they wanted to use it as a *** DRUG with their partner or if they wanted to STUDY or in my case I thought it would help me stay awake to go to morning hour class after a late night out on the town. I think ADDERALL gives the "allusion" that it helps you but later may NEGATIVELY affect you... I really do not know if it will cause ADVERSE sexual effects over periods of PROLONGED USE. (flowers for algernon) I would suggest examining all the INPUTS that you put into your body. I turned my life around to a degree that I can say that I am WISER today because of my care of "label-ingredient" reading...
